4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and with a valid proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply (e.g., used items, damaged packaging).

5. Warranty

All Prestige products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as per company policy. Please retain the bill and warranty card for future reference.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Palghat, Kerala.
